Priit Volmer is first and foremost known on the opera stage. His repertoire includes a number of roles of the well-known opera and operetta literature. He has also performed as a soloist in vocalsymphonicmusic.

 

In 2004–2013 Volmer worked as a soloist at the Estonian National Opera and since the season 2013/2014 Volmer is engaged as a soloist at Theater Bonn where he has appeared in such roles as Sacristan (Tosca), King (Aida), Sarastro and Sprecher (Die Zauberflöte), Rocco (Fidelio), First Nazarene (Salome), Luther (The Tales of Hoffmann), Timur (Turandot), Daland and Don Alfonso (Così fan tutte). He sings Eichmann on DVD Wallenberg (2008) and Bartholomeos on DVD Barbara von Tisenhusen (2005).
