Elīna Bērtiņa

Elīna Bērtiņa regularly performs as both a solo artist and in tandem with other exemplary musicians. Working together with the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonietta Rīga, Liepāja Symphony Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra Olsztyn, the pianist has played the works by Beethoven, Chopin, Weber, Ravel, Britten, Prokofiev, Ligeti, Schnittke, Zariņš, Karlsons under such conductors as Normunds Šnē, Imants Resnis, Andris Poga, Andris Vecumnieks and Jalchin Adigezalov.

In the summer of 2017 at the Dzintari Concert Hall Elīna Bērtiņa performed together with the Deutsche Streicherphilharmonie, led by Wolfgang Hentrich, and in 2018 she joined the collective for their summer tour, playing Mozart’s Piano Concerto no. 14 at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz, Saxon Mozart Festival in Chemnitz and the festival European Weeks Passau.

Since 2013 Elīna regularly performs in duet with the cellist Gunta Ābele in Switzerland and Latvia.
