LNSO ANNOUNCES AN AUDITION FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT AS THE 2nd CO-PRINCIPAL OF THE 2nd VIOLIN GROUP

(Latvian National Symphony Orchestra), announces
an audition for the Full-time employment
as the 2nd Co-Principal of the 2nd Violin group
The audition will be held in Riga, Kr.Valdemara street 5 at the “Rīgas Kongresu nams” at 14:30 on November 27, 2024 (by draw).
Requirements for candidates:
- An academic higher education or a student in the Violin specialty;
- Work experience in orchestra.
Job duties of the the 2nd Co-Principal of the 2nd Violin group
To prepare and perform the 2nd Violin parts at the highest artistic level.
To comply with the work plans and the composition approved by the Board, and other internal documents of VSIA “Latvijas Nacionālais simfoniskais orķestris”.
To maintain and improve the individual mastery throughout the term of the agreement.
In order to take part in the audition, each candidate must submit their curriculum vitae (CV), motivation letter, the copies of the documents supporting educational qualifications and further training, for students – a certificate issued by the higher educational establishment, and confirmation for consent for the processing of personal data.
The deadline for submitting applications is November 18, 2024. Applications must be submitted by email to the email address of the LNSO: personals@lnso.lv, with the reference “For the audition”. Applications received after 24 on November 18, 2024 will not be considered.
