an audition for the full-time employment
as Assistant Principal Percussion
The audition will be held in Riga, Amatu street 6, at the concert hall “Lielā ģilde” (the Great Guild) at 11:00 AM on May 29, 2023 (by draw).
Requirements for candidates:
- An academic higher education or a student in the Percussion specialty;
- Work experience in orchestra.
Job duties of the Assistant Principal Percussion
To prepare and play the scores of the Percussion at the highest artistic level.
To comply with the work plans and the composition approved by the Board, and other internal documents of VSIA “Latvijas Nacionālais simfoniskais orķestris”.
To maintain and improve the individual mastery throughout the term of the agreement.
In order to take part in the audition, each candidate must submit their curriculum vitae (CV), motivation letter, the copies of the documents supporting educational qualifications and further training, for students – a certificate issued by the higher educational establishment, and confirmation for consent for the processing of personal data.
The deadline for submitting applications is May 21, 2023. Applications must be submitted by email to the email address of the LNSO: personals@lnso.lv, with the reference “For the audition”. Applications received after 24 on May 21, 2023 will not be considered.
